Jekyll RSS feed plugin

##Setup

1. Copy 'jekyll-rss-feed.rb' to your _plugins folder
   1. protip: rename to a better name
2. In config file (_config.yaml) specify
   • rss_title - (optional) the feed title
   • rss_author - (optional) the feed author
   • rss_description - (optional) short description of the site
   • rss_link - (optional) url of the site
3. RSS file will write to /feeds/rss.xml.
