Custom features

1. Github workflow to build & deploy jekyll4.

• First, Create a new branch gh-pages on Github.
• Then, Point Github pages to gh-pages branch.
• This feature allowed user to custom jekyll plugins, see _plugins folder

2. Upgrade mathjax from 2.7.5 to 3.1.2
3. Allow sort for navbar, use weight flag.
4. Add support for directory listing page, see https://www.oscaner.com/life/
5. Add support for Gitalk plugin.
