• Migadu: a Swiss option, that's low cost and also comes with a free option with a catch or two
• bitrix24: seems like a good and free service I stumbled upon in a google search but need to look closer

• The Wayback Machine: most simple online option
• Httrack: a free commandline utils available from brew install
• wpull: a Python package that works with version 3.6. Here's a simple guide.
• grab-site: a version of wpull with a UI.
