Simple Jekyll starter with Stylus & Skeleton

This template started with the base Jekyll build (jekyll new jekyll-starter), then modified the following:

• replace scss with stylus
• comment out svgs in header.html, footer.html, about.html
• add skeleton.styl (src)
• add _plugins folder with stylus_converter.rb (src)
• add gulpfile.js with basic build/concat settings
