This is the theme of the LinWeb Blog. The theme is for Jekyll installations. With minor changes, one can easily adapt it for their usage.

You can easily modify it to suit to your needs. I have used SASS for the stylesheets. And the comment plugin has been changed to use Moot instead of Disqus. Do make sure to change the code for the comment system.
