Run Jekyll Locally

To run the GitHub Pages website locally for development purposes, run this after installing Ruby and Bundler:

bundle install
bundle exec jekyll serve

Note: To see the result, open http://127.0.0.1:4000/ in a web browser and disable HTTP caching in the tab. It is recommended that you run bundle update from time to time to update the local dependencies and themes. You can clean your build with the rm -rf .*-cache/* _site/* command. In addition, if you are transferring the project to another machine, please do not forget to delete the Gemfile.lock first and check the filesystem permissions.
