A comment system base on flask for jekyll or hexo, privacy-focused Disqus alternative

基于Flask的评论系统，实现RESTful风格的调用，可用于静态网站，Jekyll,hexo等实现评论功能。 适用于一些使用国内的Pages服务，并且拥有vps的同学,可以代替国内友言，畅言之类，没有备案的个人Blog。
