Customizations

• This is not a blog style site
• This site is using Jekyll Collections and no additional plugins. Collections feature has been used to display a list of 'projects'.
• Every 'projects' item shall be created at /_projects/
• A 'projects' item has [title, description, link, project-category, project-tags]
• A 'projects' item uses a customized categories template based on project-category
• index.html displays a list of project-category showing each item: title, a 260 truncated teaser of description attribute, link to GitHub repo and tags.
• Tags template only lists 'projects' items
